Fill the tee times that go out short.

Golfers skip half-full tee times because they can't tell how the group plays. MatchPlay shows them and puts the groups that fit first. It runs on the tee sheet you already use.

Free for our first courses. No contract, and nothing changes on your tee sheet.

Built for the way a course actually runs

Partial groups worth joining

Each listing shows how the golfers already booked play: handicap, walk or ride, pace, even who's up for a chat and who's locked in. A single who'd pass on a random twosome can see when the group fits. Golfers who've never heard of you find you by distance.

Reminders before the cutoff

Each golfer holds their own spot and can release it until your cancellation cutoff. Before it, they get a reminder: can't make it? Release your spot. A released spot goes straight back on your tee sheet, and golfers watching for one get an email.

Frost delays and closures, handled

Post a delay or a closure once. It shows on every affected tee time and your course page, and every MatchPlay golfer booked in the window gets an email with your phone number. Closed times stop being bookable.

Your tee sheet, your rules

Decide how far ahead golfers can book, keep member times off MatchPlay, and set limits by day and time. Golfers see the rules before they book, and MatchPlay enforces them.

Leagues that fill themselves

Post a league with a signup link. Golfers sign up as a team or on their own, and MatchPlay suggests free agents to teams with open spots when both sides' games fit. You see the roster and can place anyone yourself.

Also included

  • Your own MatchPlay page. Your tee times, hours, rules, and details, with a booking button for your website.
  • Simulator bays. Golfers book a bay privately or open seats to golfers who fit.
  • Staff accounts. Managers and pro shop staff each sign in with their own email.
  • Several courses, one login. For a parks department or group running more than one.
  • Pace of play and feedback. How long rounds really take, and how golfers rate conditions and staff, in aggregate.
  • A monthly report. The rounds and green fees MatchPlay brought you, in your inbox.

Works on top of your tee sheet

Nothing to switch, and nothing new for the pro shop to learn.

  1. 1We connect to your tee sheetMatchPlay reads your open tee times and who's already booked, and books through it.
  2. 2Golfers book on MatchPlayThey see how each group plays, and the groups that fit them come first.
  3. 3Bookings land on your tee sheetAs ordinary reservations with each golfer's name. Your staff check them in like any other.

MatchPlay needs a tee sheet that shares who's booked on each tee time, not just which times are open. Tell us which one you use below and we'll check.

Questions courses ask

Does it replace my tee sheet?

No. Your tee sheet stays the record of every booking. MatchPlay books through it, and its bookings show up there as ordinary reservations.

Who controls which tee times golfers can book?

You do. Set how far ahead golfers can book, keep times off MatchPlay entirely, require carts, limit times to 18 holes, or require a group of two or more to start a tee time. Hours and closures stop MatchPlay booking those times.

What do golfers see about each other?

How each golfer plays: their handicap or typical score, walk or ride, pace, and a few optional habits. Names are hidden by default, and listings never show contact details. Your tee sheet still gets each golfer's name.

What if a golfer cancels late or doesn't show?

Golfers can release their own spot until your cancellation cutoff, which you set. After that, changes go through you. Each golfer gets a reminder while they can still release, which is designed to cut no-shows.

What does my staff have to do?

Nothing new day to day. Anyone on your team can post a frost delay or closure in a few seconds, and a manager can add pro shop staff with their own logins.

How do I know it's working?

Your dashboard shows the rounds MatchPlay golfers played, the green fees they brought in, and how many filled spots in groups that were already booked. The same report arrives by email each month.
